The stay was marked by a strong cigarette odor throughout the non-smoking floor, making it uncomfortable. Although the staff were generally courteous, my requests for utensils and ice were met with inconvenience and inadequate supplies, like a dirty small bowl instead of a clean ice bucket. However, the bed was comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep after long days. I appreciated the layout of the room, which provided some comfort despite the issues.
